Set inside a 3,400 m² garden on Skåne's west coast, this timber villa opens straight onto the Saxtorp nature reserve — no road to cross, no fence to find a gap in. The ground floor holds a bright, garden-facing master bedroom and a generous open living and kitchen area; the basement level below holds four more bedrooms and a second sitting room with a half-kitchen, giving everyone their own corner. A separate guest room next to the garage building adds a fifth sleeping space with its own bathroom.
Guests come back, year after year, for the same reasons: the stillness of the trees at the property line, the long table that fits the whole family for a midsummer dinner, the short walk down to the ocean, and — more than once mentioned unprompted — the deer that wander out of the forest to graze the garden most evenings.
Ground floor and the guest room have windows and daylight; the four basement-level rooms are windowless but cool and quiet — ideal for an afternoon nap or younger kids' bedtime.

The villa sits directly against the Saxtorp nature reserve, with two well-known long-distance routes — Skåneleden and the coastal Sydkustleden — passing right by the house, and the ocean itself just 800 metres away on foot. Everything else on the west coast is a short, easy drive.
